Joseph and Nick arrived on time and were able to diagnose and repair the issue promptly. They also took the time to thoroughly explain the defect and what needed to be done to replace the defective part. I appreciated that they understood that I also needed to understand. They didn’t talk down to me with jargon. They simply explained in terms I could understand. Thank you both for your kindness and the skills displayed today. Woke up to find my water heater leaking. Used Thumbtack to find service, and Ben Franklin contacted me quickly. Had a plumber out by noon, and my water heater was replaced by 5 pm. They gave me several options for replacement, and I chose the best value for my household. Very happy with the service and new water heater.

Today is the third time we've called on the friendly folks at Benjamin Franklin, and I'm sure glad I did. I've used a few plumbers for different jobs over the years, and these guys are quickly becoming a favorite. Always quick, knowledgeable, honest, and competitive on pricing. My drain for the laundry and kitchen has been a constant issue, and thanks to Gio, it's unplugged, and now I know why its been a consistent problem. Most plumbers I've used just want to get the job done and run without answering questions. Plumbing problems aren't exactly fun, but the folks at Ben Franklin make it a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend!
