We set up the installation, and in just a few days Lionel and John came out. They were great - very helpful with information and suggestions on a site. They did a great job and left the area clean. Outstanding service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with prompt appointment time in response to water heater leak. Jason accessed the problems with an 15 year old water heater and offered all my options. Installed a new water heater for me with no issues and brought the new water heater up to code. Thank goodness for Baker Brothers and David Jason, one of their men working on Saturday. I just had foot surgery and water was all around the toilet and soon to be on the bamboo floor. I am grateful for the office finding someone right away! Bakers Brothers,May each of you be blessed this Thanksgiving! You certainly deserve many blessings! On Monday my toilet was replaced and the old carried off. Then my Hot Water Heater was drained and I bought their annual membership, which I think will be very helpful! I have been using Ben Franklin exclusively for many years, ever since they rescued me from a total mess in my kitchen the day after Thanksgiving. I had a house full of guests for the weekend, and they were the only outfit that would send a plumber to my house that day. He fixed everything quickly and at no extra charge. Since then I have used them for many problems in my large home including replacing a water heater, and three recirculating pumps. The last two were still under warranty and were replaced without any charge to me, including no charge for the travel and time. Every plumbing visit has been timely, thorough, quickly taken care of, and fairly priced. I recommend them highly, without qualification.
