Dave was very professional, conversant, explained everything, and is a bit of a perfectionist in his work, which are all good qualities. He performed a warranty repair on my water heater (a corroded heating element) at no charge to me. I highly recommend recommend having a service contract 😉

David did a phenomenal job. We had a new refrigerator delivered, and they weren’t able to install it because of the copper lines and not having a water shut off line closer to the fridge. David was able to resolve all of that and even helped us take the old fridge out of our kitchen and put it outside. He’s amazing and works at the professional Level.
