The technician, Anthony, visited my home twice. His first visit was to make good a prior call by another technician. His second visit was to install a new toilet. I am going to say that I highly recommend Anthony. I believe if you have a particular problem other than a routine plumbing call, Anthony is your guy. He is knowledgeable and willing to talk me through everything he was doing and why. I felt confident that my issues were resolved and if I have another problem, I will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin and ask for Anthony. He is friendly, professional and made good on a previously not so satisfactory experience. Totally recommend and make sure you ask for Anthony and wait until he’s available!
Was here at the start of the time window, knocked out my repair in minutes and gave some really helpful tips and suggestions about future projects and possible updates at request. Pricing was very reasonable and better than other quotes I've received by far. Ask for Chad correll, he's done 2 for me so far, 1 of which was a really really big job and he's been excellent every time. Dude needs a raise
The company was quick to reach out and set up an appointment for the following day, and then the technicians (Joseph and Casey) were professional and knowledgeable. They resolved the issue for a reasonable price, and gave me advice on what could be done to improve my home. Additionally, they were pleasant to work with and I would definitely have them back for any future issues.
We had some sump pump issues that weren’t working for us. Benjamin F Plumbing came in and took care of it in 1 days…evaluated, dug a trench, used solid materials. Nice job! Problem solved!
