We bought a house with a sump pump and wanted to make sure that it is in good working condition, especially with all the rain that the Cincy area can get. We chose Benjamin Franklin with all the good reviews online and were very pleased with Anthony when he came to check over the model we have and make sure the battery back-up is working as well. He told us about the membership plan that covers annual checks and discount on repairs and did not pressure us at all but gave us time to think about it. He went ahead and checked the water pressure for the house and gave us some maintenance tips. The charge for the annual service check-up call was reasonable, especially with also draining the water heater. A pleasure to meet Anthony and know we have a reliable plumbing company we can call!

My original shutoff valve (70+ yrs) for my outdoor faucet (under my kitchen sink) needed replacing, and Anthony was my technician. He was prompt, extremely courteous, and I was left with a job well done…. and also learned a few things! 👍👍 For any future needs, I will definitely ask for Anthony!

The project involved working in a tight crawlspace and utility closet, working around a rotted-out subfloor as well as coordinating both a furnace replacement and a switch from a traditional water heater to a tankless system with full uninstall and haul of the old and install of the new. This wasn’t just a swap-out job, the tankless installation required brand new components, piping, electrical upgrades, and gas lines.
