Jordan and his co-worker, Oscar, did a fabulous job. They were careful bringing things in and out of our house and did a very thorough and neat installation. This is my fourth or fifth project with Ben Franklin Plumbing; they do consistently good work.
Unfortunately I had two leaking toilets that required a plumber. I called this company and they were able to see me the same week. Tommy inspected them and gave me a quote on repairing or replacing them and I chose replacement due to the age of the toilets. He went above and beyond to find me the toilets that I wanted and installed them the same day. Tommy was very professional and personable as well.
