The experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic - weekend emergency hot water heater repair was handled with both empathy and expediency. Paul Higdon, whom they sent out, was amazing and dug in to solve a hard to find problem and resolve the problem without taking the easy path and just replacing the hot water heater. Duane and Tina were wonderful coming over to check on a leak under our sink. They were so patient as they troubleshooted different ideas to find the problem. Just so happened we also needed a new garbage disposal, which they were able to take care of while they were here.
