Our front yard had a leak. I called the office and the job was done in less than three hours. Great customer service, wonderful and friendly employees. Jason kept me in the loop every step of the way and gave me an exact quote for the repair. He even went out of his way to make sure our yard was minimally disturbed.

I called to have a dripping shower fixed and they sent someone out to fix it. Jason and Juan were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not able to repair the shower with a new cartridge but had to cut into the wall and replace the shower valve. It was expensive but I feel they did a very good job and they did it for the estimate I agreed to. They also said if I had any problems with the repair to call them and they would be back to fix it. Thank you very much.
We have used BF many times and Jason seems to be our technician every time. We wouldn’t have it any other way. Jason is very clear in his assessment and work detail. Today, Jason and his partner worked on repairing a water main leak underneath the driveway drain. It’s 100 degrees today but still they knocked out this job as quoted.
