Adam was professional. He was through and gave us a very transparent and clear quote for the services we need. We had the quoted work done. The Alex and Adam were professional and efficient. They were friendly and were very respectful of our home. I know it’s not a fun thing to have to replace a hot water heater, but Benjamin Franklin made it seamless and anxiety free. Adam came out twice to investigate two separate leaks, and he did an excellent job both times. He was thorough in his inspection and provided great advice on who to contact for further assistance. He even went the extra mile by calling the company ahead of time to inform them about our water issues. Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Braden arrived on time and fixed my garbage disposal problem quickly. He presented himself in a professional and friendly manner and provided me with good information. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I had a very annoying job, and had to coordinate with another company to get two different specialists out at the same time. They were incredibly accommodating, and the provided great service at a fair price. When we discovered some buildup in my pipes, Alex immediately went about looking for a solution, tested for hard water, and came up with a plan to mitigate the damage. They will 100% be my Ann Arbor plumbers from here on out.
