They are an awesome company, they ran into some issues and were more than accomodating to fix without additional charges and did a great job. I haven't had hot water in a month, not because of them either. I had other people out to check it for me and none were as thorough as Ben Franklin
Customer service and quality of work is clearly a requirement to be employed by Ben Franklin. We had multiple projects over the last couple weeks (since buying our new house) and from the beginning till the end every single technician, salesperson, project manager, dispatcher has been excellent. I highly recommend these folks. Corey has been a godsend, helping with our bathroom remodel. Nick was so helpful at explaining everything to us. Literally all 10 employees I’ve interacted with have been so kind, skilled and helpful.
I called BF Plumbing early in the morning because we discovered a leak in our bathroom sink. I made an appointment for between 10 and 2:00 and Alex arrived around 11:30 in a big blue truck. After he looked at the problem he gave me a quote which I thought was quite high but since he was there told him to go ahead. I worked in residential construction for 20 years and have never seen a plumber do a difficult job in tight quarters with really neat professional results. Given the fact that he drove from 60+ miles away and then had to run out to get a part and spent close to 4 hours on the job, the price hurt less. His work and professionalism were ideal. Glad he did our work.
Called in the morning, received a same day appointment, technician was here early but said he'd wait for us to be ready to chat. He was professional and polite, explained everything well, and was very knowledgeable. The price was fair (lower than we expected), and he finished rather quickly. I had our documents and videos in my email box before he even pulled out of the lot. Will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again when we need them.
