Jared returned my call with a weekend emergency. He helped me get the leak stopped over the phone and called back Monday morning to make an appointment to install a new hot water tank. He was very efficient and friendly. He did an excellent job!

From making the first call and talking with Bob to the on-time arrival of Dave and Cody, everything went almost perfectly! Bob whom I believe to be the owner was VERY straight forward about pricing and even helped in that regard. They came to a clogged drain and had to actually pull a toilet in the basement, as my home doesn't have a clean out as most basements do. This was done quickly and followed by them scoping my pipes underneath the home (which ended up clearing the soft clog) as well as to where it meets the main sewer at the street. Very informative the entire way and explained everything in detail. They even showed me trouble areas and told me that I should be fine, although I thought that service was included with my estimate... All in all I would recommend and there was no pressure trying to upsell. I am on a tight budget and they took care of the main issue and I believe the pricing to be fairly affordable. I will definitely have them back out to get them to de-scale my pipes and they told me my account would be notated so that I wasn't charged anything above and beyond what we had discussed. Overall great company and very down to earth people!

Anthony Adams is a star. He was punctual, knowledgeable, a great salesman, and he was personable. He gave us the bad news and promptly took care of us. What a stellar employee you hired. Thank you for taking the extra steps to fix our last plumber’s mistakes, going above and beyond. Now we are Ben Franklin customers forever. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is the higher price. Times are tough and he’s a stellar salesman who made it worth the price.

My appt was between 10am-2pm. The tech was running behind, which I was informed of. He arrived after 2pm, assessed the issue, gave me a quote and fixed the problem. He did an excellent job replacing my bad spigot. I would recommend!

This was our first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing Service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind & courteous. This was a toilet issue & will be coming back, even though our issue is solved, by our choice continuing on with their services. They were very mindful of our schedule with the fact that we are having them return. Dave was wonderful & he brought his apprentice Cody with him. Nice job guys!! Next visit- review continues- after 2nd service, by our choice mind you- Cody and Dave returned at scheduled time. These gentlemen are all that. After completion of the job at hand, you won’t even know they were there, as your area worked in/on is all nice and clean. I’m particular… “and you should meet my husband”. Another great job Cody & Dave. Thank you!

The gentleman was polite, personable and efficient. The work was done quickly and done well. He also spotted another project going on in the house and gave me some plumbing pointers to ensure others did their job well. This was a pleasant and positive experience.

Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He took what limited information I provided about my issue and quickly offered a solution. He explained what he would do and then explained pricing. He covered warranties and told me that my satisfaction was his top priority. I am extremely pleased with Jordan's work and believe it is a great value for the price. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Augusta again and whole heartedly endorse and recommend them. Thank you Jordan for your wonderful service!

My husband and I found the team super informative, polite, and kind from start to finish during the process. Calling to make the appointment for our septic tank to be pumped was easy and quick. They were able to come out same day and the team that showed up (Eric’s team) worked fast and efficiently! Would definitely recommend for all plumbing needs!

Mr.Jeff C. was awesome. He explained everything in detail, step by step. His apprentice Gabe has a great teacher and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Thanks so much for doing my jet pump and pressure tank.
